Who we treat
- Urinary and fecal incontinence
(unintended loss of urine or stool) - Pelvic prolapse
(including cystocele, rectocele, enterocele, and proccidentia) - Bladder control problems (including urinary urgency, frequency, and overactive bladder )
- Interstitial Cystitis and bladder pain syndromes
- Vaginal pain
- Bowel control problems (including fecal urgency and rectal pressure)
- Bladder/ bowel fistulas (abnormal connection between bowel/bladder and vagina/uterus)
Treatments we offer
- Traditional and minimally invasive abdominal and vaginal surgeries for incontinence and prolapse
- Sacral neuromodulation (Interstim) for treating severe bladder and bowel control problems
- Botox and pelvic floor physical therapy for treating severe pelvic floor, pain syndromes
- Medical, behavioral and physical therapies to treat certain bladder control, and myofascial pain problems.
How we Diagnose
All of our patients have access to the latest state of the art imaging, endoscopy, bladder, and bowel testing facilities which can help in diagnosing female pelvic floor problems, in order to help design the best therapy for our patients.
