BD FacsAria analyzer/sorter

BD FacsAria analyzer/sorter. Top of the line high speed sorter equipped with blue, red and violet lasers.  The Aria’s combines excellent performance of analytical instruments with high speed sorting into tubes or into 96 well plates. BD LSR II Analyzer

BD LSR II analyzerA three-laser bench-top flow cytometer designed with all-digital signal collection and processing and a fixed alignment fiber optical system engineered to achieve the greatest amount of signal detection for each laser. The standard optical filters on the LSR allow the detection of (but are not limited to) the following fluorophores: PE-Cy7, PE-Cy5.5, PE-TexasRed, PerCP, PerCP-Cy5.5 PE, FITC, PI, APC-Cy7, APC, Hoechst, DAPI, Cascade Blue, Pacific Blue, Alexa Fluor 405 and Alexa Fluor 430. It can simultaneously detect 14 parameters (2 scatter and 12 fluorochromes).  This machine is best suited for complex experiments such as when several fluorochromes used in the same sample or 405 nm excitation is necessary.  For more information click on http://www.bdbiosciences.com/external_files/is/doc/mkt_lit/brochures/SJ-0142-00LSR2.pdf

BD Canto II analyzer

BD Canto II analyzer The FACSCanto has the capacity for ten-parameter detection on particle sizes from 0.5 to 50 mm in diameter. Reading more parameters per individual test decreases the total sample volume necessary for a specific project and the wide range of size detection enables projects with leukocytes, cell lines, platelets, bacteria, multiplexed bead technologies and beyond.  The FACSCanto is built with blue and red excitation sources. Patented detector arrays use serial reflections to guide fluorescent emission signals to their target detectors, which results in highly efficient light collection and maximum signal retention at the detector level. This design collects the dimmest emission signals first, starting with the longest wavelengths (typically PECy7), and finishing with the shortest (FITC), further enhancing sensitivity.
