If you live in the Tampa Bay area, here are the local driving directions to the USF Breast Health Program:
From I-275
Take Fletcher Avenue and go East towards USF to
Bruce B. Downs Blvd. Take a left and continue for
about 1 block. We are in the Life Hope Medical
Offices, three buildings down on the right. The
building has a distinctive curved glass front.
From I-75
Take Fletcher Avenue and go West to
Bruce B. Downs Blvd. Take a right and continue for
about 1 block. We are in the Life Hope Medical
Offices, three buildings down on the right. The
building has a distinctive curved glass front.
Once you enter the building, proceed to Suite #160
and stop at the USF Registration desk. The
registration process will take about 30 minutes, so
please allow time for this in planning your visit to
the USF Breast Health Program. Once registered,
please proceed to Suite #140 for your appointment.
