Patients will have the option to:
- Request appointments online with questionnaires guiding them to the right place
- Complete registration, medical information, HIPAA, and medical records release online at their convenience
- Request reminders via email or phone and receive directions to facility
- Electronically check in 24 hours prior to visit and print appointment summary
At location, patients will find:
- Many specialty services at one location, with the capability to schedule multiple appointments in one day
- Valet car parking
- Concierge to greet and direct patients to appropriate office
- Access to TVs, computer stations, wireless capability
- Kiosk available in waiting room, where patient can opt to self check-in, confirm credit card payment, and electronically sign all documents
- Services brought to patient, including in-person and video consults with specialists
- Same day results and follow-up care
- Personalized patient education in our patient library
- Sweetbay Pharmacy conveniently located on the 1st floor (Morsani Center only)

- Valet has the car waiting for the patient
Patient follow up:
- Timely results reported and available for review on-line
- Follow-up calls and surveys to check patients progress
- Patient satisfaction survey via e-mail
- E-visits and e-mail correspondence
- Current health updates and information are e-mailed to the patient
- Appointment reminders to schedule next annual exam, or other services
- Access to patient and family members' medical records
- Ability to correspond and follow family members' health
- Access to support groups
