To obtain an account to the USF Health Patient OnLine application, your physician or clinical specialty must be an active participant in the Patient OnLine application. Today, the physicians and clinical specialties currently participating in the Patient OnLine application are

• Family Medicine
• General Internal Medicine.

USF Health is working to expand physicians' access through Patient OnLine. Please continue to monitor Patient OnLine as we add physicians and specialties to our site. Account requests by patients whose physician or clinical specialty are not participating in Patient OnLine will be denied.
