Insurance Benefits - Human Resources

Eligible full time and part time employees may participate in a comprehensive Flexible Benefits Plan. The Plan allows us to choose from a selection of benefits, to establish flexible spending accounts for health care and dependent care, and to administer payroll deductions on a pretax basis. This allows you to personalize your benefit plan to meet your individual needs and to save on your annual income tax.

Benefits under this Plan include:
  • Health Insurance - Option of two Consumer Driven Health Plans (CDHP), each with a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA)

  • Life Insurance - options from $5,000 to four times annual salary
