Insurance Benefits - Human Resources

Eligible full time and part time employees may participate in a comprehensive Flexible Benefits Plan. The Plan allows us to choose from a selection of benefits, to establish flexible spending accounts for health care and dependent care, and to administer payroll deductions on a pretax basis. This allows you to personalize your benefit plan to meet your individual needs and to save on your annual income tax.

Benefits under this Plan include:
  • Health Insurance - Option of three plan designs:  A Health Savings Account (HSA), Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) and a PPO
  • Dental Insurance - Option of two PPO Plans
  • Employee Life Insurance - Options up to four times annual salary (full time employers); $10,000 for part time employees
