Application Process

Applicants planning to apply to USF MCOM and/or the SELECT Program with Lehigh Valley Health Network must submit their primary application through the American Medical College Application Service (AMCAS) and choose USF MCOM in AMCAS. The AMCAS Application deadline is November 15, 2012.

Upon receipt of preliminary AMCAS applications, applicants will be sent an email containing the Secondary Application instructions and URL. On the Secondary Application applicants will be able to indicate interest in the SELECT program and “self-select” one of three options:
  1. I would like my USF MCOM Medical School Application to be evaluated holistically for the USF Core MD Program ONLY.
  2. I would like my USF MCOM Medical School Application to be evaluated holistically for the USF SELECT MD Program with Lehigh Valley Health Network ONLY.

    OR

  3. I would like my USF MCOM Medical Application to be evaluated holistically for the USF Core MD Program AND MD Program with Lehigh Valley Health Network ONLY.
The Secondary Application deadline is January 5, 2013. All materials must be received before this deadline. No extensions will be granted and all decisions on how you would like your application to be evaluated are FINAL.
