Inpatient and Consultation/Liaison Psychiatrist USF Health – Psychiatry is seeking applicants for its Tampa General Hospital Teaching Teams in inpatient and consultation liaison psychiatry. Two positions are available as the unit runs with two teams of faculty, residents, and medical students. These positions are offered at open rank and appointment level commensurate with academic experience and accomplishment. Research opportunities in our clinical trials program are available. Join an established practice of hospitalist psychiatrists under the Direction of Dr. Brian Keefe. Enjoy a friendly and collegial relationship with five experienced psychiatrists and staff at Tampa General Hospital. Qualifications: Requires Doctorate of Medicine. Florida Medical license, and Board Certification in General Psychiatry. Added qualifications in Psychosomatic Medicine is desirable. For consideration at the rank of Associate Professor the candidate must have five years at the rank of Assistant Professor. For consideration at the rank of Full Professor the candidate must have documentation of national recognition, leadership ability and at least five years of experience at the rank of Associate Professor or equivalent.
