Our Researchers

Leah Jung graduated in May 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Temple University, in Philadelphia, PA. In the past, she has worked with Dr. Richard Heimberg of the Adult Anxiety Clinic of Temple University on research aimed at evaluating the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral therapy for anxiety disorders. She is currently the research coordinator for the “Quality of Life, Comorbidities, and Health Service Utilizations in Youth with Tic Disorders” study and the “Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled, Multicenter Pilot Study of Extended-release Guanfacine in Children and Adolescents with Tourett's Disorder study.

Her primary interests include therapeutic alliance and outcomes of psychotherapy in adult and child anxiety disorders, particularly in general anxiety disorder, social phobia, and obsessive compulsive disorder.
