Making an Appointment

To schedule an appointment at most of our locations please call 813-259-8885. To schedule an appointment at the Watson Clinic South in Lakeland or the NICU transition clinic, please call 813-259-8767. To schedule an appointment at one of our CMS clinics, please contact your nurse case coordinator.

This service is available from 8:00am to 5:00pm. The scheduling process takes approximately 10-15 minutes. Please have your current insurance information, address, and phone number available when scheduling an appointment.

If pertinent testing has been done prior to your visit please obtain results for review at your appointment. Some testing or specialty clinics are only available at specific clinic sites. Please check with our office to ensure the highest quality of care.
