Nephrology Appointment Scheduling

Pediatric Nephrology outpatients are seen upon referral from their primary care provider for evaluation and management of pediatric nephrologic problems.  Appointments are regularly scheduled in the St. Petersburg and/or Tampa office.

For appointment with Dr. Valerie Panzarino and/or Dr. Alfonso Campos, please call 813-259-8760.

·         Tampa office staff will schedule appointment for the following clinic sites: USF CMS Medical Center (Tampa), St. Joseph Tampa Children’s Hospital Specialty Clinic (Tampa), Watson Clinic South Pediatrics (Lakeland), Ft. Myers HealthPark Renal Clinic (Ft. Myers).

·         St. Petersburg office staff will schedule appointment for the following clinic sites: All Children’s Hospital (ACH) Children’s Health Center 1 South (St. Petersburg), ACH Specialty Care of Pasco (New Port Richey), ACH Specialty Care of Sarasota (Sarasota), and ACH Specialty Care of Ft. Myers (Ft. Myers).

Special Notice -

If your child has Managed Care, HMO, Medipass or Medicaid HMO insurance that requires authorization, please call the child’s primary care physician as soon as possible to obtain authorization before the scheduled appointment and/or lab test or x-ray.  Otherwise, you will be responsible for all charges which pertain to the visit. 

Appointment changes or cancellations require 24 hours notice to avoid being charged.
