Tiffany Chenneville, Ph.D.

Tiffany Chenneville, Ph.D. received her doctorate in School Psychology from the University of South Florida and a Masters degree in Clinical psychology from the University of Hartford. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at the Louisiana State University Medical Center in New Orleans. She is a licensed psychologist in the state of Florida and a nationally certified school psychologist.

Chenneville is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of South Florida St. Petersburg. She maintains a joint appointment with the Department of Pediatrics where she serves as the Director of Behavioral Health and Psychosocial Services for the USF Pediatric and Adolescent Infectious Disease Program. In this capacity, Dr. Chenneville provides clinical services to children and families affected by HIV, supervises mental health professionals, and oversees policies and procedures related to the provision of psychosocial services. Dr. Chenneville's research interests surround the legal and ethical issues related to HIV disease management and secondary prevention. Currently, she is studying the competence of children with HIV to participate in their medical treatment. She has received grant funding in this area and has authored or co-authored multiple articles and book chapters in the area of HIV. She also has made scholarly presentations in the area of HIV at the state, national, and international level.
