General Pediatrics

The Division of General Pediatrics of the University of South Florida manages all areas of child care from birth to young adulthood. Our Pediatricians provide a family centered approach to general pediatric care by giving a high quality medical home for you and your new child. Our staff includes nurses, resident physicians, attending physicians and other practitioners, many of whom are bilingual. Resident physicians are doctors who have completed medical school training and are spending three to four additional years learning the speciality of pediatrics or internal medicine-pediatrics. Residents are always under the supervision of an attending or faculty physician. Our inpatient services include consultations and admissions to Tampa General Hospital and All Children's Hospital. As part of integrated services we offer internal medicine-pediatric clinic hat has a unique role of helping with transition to adult medicine care within our USF Health Physicians group.

Our focus is on establishing a trusting partnership with you and your family that works toward the healthy development of your child.
