Making an Appointment

USF Pediatric clinics are open Monday-Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM, and on Saturday and most holidays from 8:30AM to 11:30AM.

We prefer to see children at scheduled appointments, however, we do offer 'same day' appointments and 'walk-in' availability in the urgent care clinic. To schedule an appointment at any of our locations please contact us at (813) 259-8700 between the hours of 8AM and 5PM.

Adult patients should ask for Dr. McCormick specifically or state that the appointment is for an adult patient to ensure an appropriate appointment is made.

Tell the secretary if the appointment is for a routine physical exam (check-up) or sick visit. We can provide a health form (blue/yellow form) for school or daycare if you give us a 24 hour notice.

The scheduling process takes approximately 10-15 minutes. Please have your current insurance information, address, and phone number available when scheduling an appointment.

You may be risking your child's health if appointments are missed. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please call us as soon as possible so that we can use your appointment time for someone else who needs to see a doctor. If you will be late for your appointment, please call us prior to coming and we will make every effort to see your child in a timely manner.
