Post-Sophomore Fellowship
Introduction
The Department of Pathology and Cell Biology at the University of South Florida College of Medicine offers a one-year post-sophomore medical student fellowship, beginning July 1. This fellowship is designed to provide the fellow with a significant educational experience in the practice and research aspects of Pathology. Experience will be gained through rotations in surgical pathology, cytopathology and autopsy services as well as selected areas of clinical pathologyincluding hematopathology and microbiology. Opportunities to participate in mentored research and to select a faculty member as advisor are also provided.
Requirements: Applicants must have completed two or more years of studies in an accredited U.S. or Canadian medical school.
Stipends: The annual stipend is $14,000 plus travel and book allowance.
Applications:
