The annual stipends for resident vary each year. The annual salaries for 2012-2013 are:
Resident I : $46,941
Resident II : $48,700
Resident III : $50,473
Resident IV : $52,048
In addition, the resident is provided with some books, a beeper, professional liability insurance, life, disability and health insurance, laboratory coats, meals while on call, and vacation (10 days in Year I, each additional year they have 5 additional days).
