Larry R. Glazerman M.D., a native of Pennsylvania, completed his undergraduate degree cum laude at Muhlenberg College, in Allentown PA, and his MD at Jefferson Medical College, in Philadelphia. His residency in obstetrics and gynecology was at Lehigh Valley Hospital, also in Allentown. He is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology, and is also certified in laparoscopy and hysteroscopy by the Accreditation Council for Gynecologic Endoscopy. His area of special expertise and interest is in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. This fall, he relocated to Tampa, to help establish a program in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery at USF's Carol and Frank Morsani Center for Advanced Healthcare

Dr. Glazerman is a member of numerous professional societies, including the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, AAGL – Advancing Miminally Invasive Gynecology Worldwide, and the International Society for Gynecologic Endoscopy, where he serves on the board of directors.

Dr. Glazerman has been married to Joan Glazerman for 35 years,. They have three children, Richard, a software developer, Jonathan, a police officer, and Lauren, who recently moved to Tampa as well, and is employed by Prematics, Inc., providing e-prescribing solutions to physicians. He enjoys photography, golf, and skiing.
