Sheila Connery, MD is a native of Pennsylvania who obtained a medical degree from the Pennsylvania State University at the Hershey Medical Center. After completion of her residency at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio she went into private practice. Working in a group practice along with 2 Perinatologists, she maintained a position at the University Hospitals of Cleveland as a Clinical Instructor. After moving to Rhode Island she was in solo practice for over 13 years. Dr. Connery joined the faculty at USF in the capacity of Assistant Professor. She is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Areas of interest include: surgical management of abnormal bleeding, management of the menopause and adolescent gynecology.
