ENROLL-HD: A Prospective Registry Study in a Global HD Cohort

• Purpose of the study is to build a database of information about people affected with HD
• The registry will include a repository of biological samples that will allow researchers and clinicians to better understand the progression of the disease.
• Each patient's individual data will be de-identified so that all private health information will be secure.

2CARE: Coenzyme CoQ10 in Huntington's Disease

• Purpose is to assess the effect of high doses of CoQ10 on slowing the worsening of HD symptoms.
• Assess safety and acceptability of CoQ10 in long term use.
• Individuals diagnosed with early to moderate HD
• Randomly assigned CoQ10 or placebo
• 5 year study
• Active, call regarding enrollment

CREST-E: Creatine Safety, Tolerability & Efficacy in Huntington's Disease

• Purpose is to assess whether high doses of creatine can slow down the worsening of HD symptoms that occur over time.
• Assess creatine's safety in long-term use and look at how it affects the body and brain.
• Individuals diagnosed with early to moderate HD
• Randomly assigned creatine or placebo
• 3 year study
• Active, call regarding enrollment
