ENROLL-HD: A Prospective Registry Study in a Global HD Cohort
- Purpose of the study is to build a database of information about people affected with HD
- The registry will include a repository of biological samples that will allow researchers and clinicians to better understand the progression of the disease.
- Each patient's individual data will be de-identified so that all private health information will be secure.
2CARE: Coenzyme CoQ10 in Huntington's Disease
- Purpose is to assess the effect of high doses of CoQ10 on slowing the worsening of HD symptoms.
- Assess safety and acceptability of CoQ10 in long term use.
- Individuals diagnosed with early to moderate HD
- Randomly assigned CoQ10 or placebo
- 5 year study

CREST-E: Creatine Safety, Tolerability & Efficacy in Huntington's Disease
- Purpose is to assess whether high doses of creatine can slow down the worsening of HD symptoms that occur over time.
- Assess creatine's safety in long-term use and look at how it affects the body and brain.
- Individuals diagnosed with early to moderate HD
- Randomly assigned creatine or placebo
- 3 year study
