The Department of Neurology is located at the University of South Florida, College of Medicine in Tampa, Florida. Our administrative offices are located at the College of Medicine. However, we offer a variety of clinic locations north and south of the greater Tampa area.

South clinics include the Comprehensive Stroke Center, Neuromuscular, Pain Management Center located at the South Tampa Campus and Movement Disorders located at Harborside Medical Towers.

North clinics located at the USF Clinic on campus, include Dementia, General Neurology, Headache, Huntington's Disease, Movement Disorders, Multiple Sclerosis, Neuromuscular, Neurotoxicology, Pain Management and Sleep Disorders.

From Interstate 275

Take exit 34 which is SR 582, Fowler Avenue. Travel east on Fowler Avenue approximately 3.5 miles and take a left on Bruce B. Downs Blvd. Travel north on Bruce B. Downs and take a right into the campus on Holly Drive. The College of Medicine is located on your right hand side adjoining the USF Clinics. Complimentary valet parking is available for patients in the USF Clinic parking lot. Visitor parking permits may be obtained at Parking Services located on Holly Drive, north of the clinic. The Academic Office is located on the 4th floor at the College of Medicine, Suite 4106.

Take the Fowler Avenue exit. Travel west on Fowler Avenue approximately 3.5 miles.and take a right on Bruce B. Downs Blvd. Travel north on Bruce B. Leave terminal on Airport Highway. Go Highway 60 East, then Inter- state 275 north. Exit SR 582, Fowler Avenue, and travel east (right at the light) for 3.5 miles and take a left on Bruce B. Downs Blvd. Travel north on Bruce B. Downs and take a right into the campus on Holly Drive. The College of Medicine is located on your right hand side adjoining the USF Clinics.
