The USF Health Rotunda (maximum capacity 300 people) is coordinated through the USF Health Office of Educational Affairs. The assignment of the USF Health Auditorium, Conference Rooms, Class Rooms and Lecture Halls is also coordinated through the Office of Educational Affairs.
Space is only assigned for those functions which are compatible with the mission of USF Health after a completed request is submitted through Outlook is received and reviewed. The information required to reserve a room is contact name of person reserving room, telephone number and email address, the name of the event, name of class or reason for meeting and number of attendees.
Please note: The order of priority for room reservations is:
- National Board Medical Exams and Clinical Board Exams – other events are subject to rescheduling if required.
- USF Health Academic Events – Attendees are faculty, staff and/or students housed at USF Health and the function is directly related to the mission of USF Health.
- USF Health Non-Academic Events – Attendees are faculty, staff and/or students housed at USF Health but the event is not directly related to the mission of USF Health.
