This Collegium model (similar to learning community) consist of peer mentoring, as well as the opportunity for a longitudinal advising experience with the faculty member.

Advisors are expected to assist students with choice of career, development of curricular and extracurricular portfolio, and professionalism. Advisors, will also edit the summary statement for the Medical Student Performance Evaluations (MSPE’s) in preparation for their residency match.
