Biography

Dr. Pinkas is board-certified in both internal medicine and gastroenterology. He joined USF in 1988 and has worked with patients at the VA Hospital, Moffitt Cancer Center, and Tampa General Hospital. He currently sees patients at the North Tampa Center located at the Morsani Center at USF.

Dr. Pinkas has been actively involved in numerous professional societies and committees throughout his career and has written more than 20 articles and 45 publications.

Dr. Pinkas received an MD from the University of Brussels and did his residency at the Bronx VA Hospital, Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City.
