Bio Sketch

I relocated to Florida from New York City in January 2008. While in NY, I was full time faculty at Beth Israel Medical Center in the Department of Ophthalmology. For nine years, I had a lovely and rewarding practice as a glaucoma and cataract specialist, and was ultimately the Assistant Director of the Department. I was also an Associate Adjunct on the Glaucoma Service at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary and an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Here at USF, I am continuing my focus on clinical, surgical, and academic excellence. I am actively involved in medical student and resident education, and the current director of the Glaucoma Fellowship program.
