Develop skills needed by medical educators. Students will become equipped to fulfill their roles as educators during their residency and acquire a foundation of practical and theoretical pedagogical knowledge and skills to embark on careers as medical educators. The 4 themes are history and philosophy of medical education; characteristics of medical student learners; mechanics of teaching; and medical course administration.
