Montaha is the Fiscal & Business Analyst for all five OEA offices: Admissions, CACL, OEA, OSA & OSDE.  She assists the Vice Dean of Educational Affairs and the Director of Strategic Initiatives with developing the yearly budgets.  Montaha also prepares financial analysis & projections, submits financial reports, balances the budget, reconciles multi source accounts, and monitors payroll and general expenses.  In addition, Montaha is a PCard reconciler for all OEA cardholders; as well as a travel delegate for all OEA employees.  She has the sole responsibility of updating active employees’ pay distributions along with other payroll forms.
