Dr. Mieres comes to USF with over 25 years of health care experience along the full continuum of care in both the profit and not for profit sectors. She has held leadership roles involving inter professional teams in regional and national organizations. Dr Mieres has consulted for national and multinational organizations in the areas of operations audits, organizational structure, organizational change, and leadership development. She was selected to analyze the responses generated from the New York City Town Meeting Post 911, identifying the hopes, dreams and concerns for rebuilding at the site of destruction.
