Ms. Almeida joined the team at the School of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Sciences as the Admissions Advisor and Recruiter for the DPT program. Ms. Almeida’s primary responsibility is to seek out and recruit highly qualified, caring individuals from across the nation who possess the passion, initiative, professionalism, and competence to undergo the rigorous academics of this program that will produce practice ready Doctors of Physical Therapy.

Ms. Almeida’s began her career at the University of South Florida in 2002 as the Registrar of the College of Medicine M.D. Program. Later, she became the Admissions Advisor and Recruiter for USF’s Athletic Training Education Program where her primary responsibilities included student recruitment, advising, and retention of undergraduate students.
