Elaine Duncan joined the USF Physical Therapy Center on December 3, 2008 as a scheduler. Elaine has been with USF Health since May 5, 2008 in the scheduling dept. She is a Florida native and grew up in Tampa. Medical background goes back to 1980 working at TGH. She previously worked as an accounting clerk, data processor, customer service, front desk, CMT and scheduling. Elaine is responsible for making patient appointments.
