Pediatric Neurodevelopmental Services

Patients are initially seen by one of the physicians in the 2nd floor clinic at the South Tampa Campus (STC) location.

Directions to USF Health STC clinic: Map

From I-275 Southbound & I-4 Westbound:

    •  Take exit 45A toward Downtown-West
    •  Merge onto Ashley Drive
    •  Turn right at Kennedy Boulevard, go over the bridge to the first traffic light
    •  Turn left at Hyde Park Avenue
    •  Continue on Hyde Park Avenue to Davis Islands bridge
    •  Stay in the left lane across the bridge
    •  Follow the signs for USF Health
    •  There is valet parking available for your convenience

From I-275 Northbound:
    •  Take exit 45 – Downtown-West
    •  Merge onto Ashley Drive

From Veterans Expy./Suncoast Pkwy. (SR 589) Southbound:
    •  Travel south on Veterans Expy. (toll) and merge with Memorial Hwy. And SR 60 near airport
    •  After merge and airport, take exit onto I-275 North
    •  Continue on I-275 North and take Exit 45 toward Downtown-West
    •  Merge onto Ashley Drive
    •  Turn right at Kennedy Boulevard, go over the bridge to the first traffic light
    •  Turn left at Hyde Park Avenue
    •  Continue on Hyde Park Avenue to Davis Islands bridge
    •  Stay in the left lane across the bridge
    •  Follow the signs for USF Health
    •  There is valet parking available for your convenience
From SelmonCrosstownExpy. Westbound-Toll:
    •  Take Exit 5 toward Hyde Park Avenue/Davis Islands
    •  Merge onto Brorein Street
    •  Turn left onto Hyde Park Avenue
    •  Continue on Hyde Park Avenue to Davis Islands bridge
    •   Stay in the left lane across the bridge
    •  Follow the signs for USF Health

From SelmonCrosstownExpy. Eastbound-Toll:
    •  Take Exit 4 – Willow Avenue toward Davis Islands
    •  Merge onto Platt Street
    •  Turn right onto Hyde Park Avenue

    •  Stay in the left lane across the bridge

Patient evaluations are offered at the Florida Diagnostic & Learning Resources Centers (FDLRS)

    •  Take exit 52- Fletcher Avenue
    •  Turn left at the end of the exit – heading east
    •  Continue on Fletcher Avenue, cross Bruce B. Downs Avenue
    •  Turn left at the University Professional Center building, 3500 Fletcher Avenue
    •  There is free parking, for your convenience, in front of the building
    •  FDLRS is located in Suite #225
From I-275 Northbound:
    •  Take exit 52- Fletcher Avenue
    •  Turn right at the end of the exit – heading east
