Philip D. Shenefelt, M.D.,M.S.

An expert in rashes and contact dermatitis, Dr. Philip Shenefelt is a Professor at USF Health Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery and Staff Dermatologist at James A. Haley Veterans Hospital and Tampa General Hospital. He is a Diplomat in the National Board of Medical Examiners and American Board of Dermatology and American Board of Medical Hypnosis. Dr. Shenefelt brings a holistic view to the practice of Dermatology, combining the best of traditional therapies with clinical hypnosis related to dermatology and research on alternative treatments. Dr. Shenefelt's soft spoken nature and balanced philosophy makes seeing the doctor a pleasant experience.
