Proteomics

Welcome to Proteomics

The Department of Molecular Medicine Proteomics Core Facility endeavors to support researchers with state-of-the-art Mass spectrometry instrumentation and Bioinformatic tools to provide both routine and customized analysis for proteomics. The core is equipped with a high-performance hybrid style mass spectrometer and a nano flow liquid chromatography system, ideal for a variety of experiments including protein discovery and confirmation, peptide quantification, and post-translational modification characterization. As a USF core resource, the lab offers training, experimental design set up, and sample preparation and analysis.

All publications resulting from consultation/collaboration with MCOM Proteomics Core personnel from the use of MCOM Proteomics facilities/equipment should be cited as follows: "This work has been supported in part by the Morsani College of Medicine at the University of South Florida".
