Committee Charge:
The Committee on Bylaws shall annually review the Bylaws, consider proposed changes and make recommendations regarding such changes to the Executive and Faculty Councils.
The Committee shall be composed of five members of the Core Faculty, at least two of whom are members of Basic Science departments and at least two of whom are members of Clinical Science departments.
