The COMPLETE Program
COMPLETE – Clinical Objectives: Mapping, Planning, Learning, Evaluation, Technology Exercises.
Excellent clinical skills are central to excellent patient care. A didactic clinical environment fosters skills in patient communication, physical examination, diagnostic and therapeutic planning.
Established in August, 1995, the USF Clinical Skills Center provides a supplemental and safe venue for the teaching and testing of skills necessary for competent care. With 12 dedicated examination rooms, closed circuitry technology, advanced simulation and trained standardized patients, the Center provides over 12,000 student/patient visits per year.
Pass rate for CS Step 2 was 99% in 2008.
