This process focuses on compliance with University policies and procedures and not those of the practice plan; however, some practice plan information may be reviewed during the review. We will work with you on reviewing your departments’ documentation and procedures. Once the in-house review has been completed a recommendations report will be drafted and sent to senior management for their review and comment. A copy of the report will then be sent to the department and a meeting will be scheduled to discuss the report and recommendations. A follow up review may be scheduled to ensure that any necessary recommendations have been implemented. This process was designed to assist the departments and is not intended to be punitive.
