Calendars 2012-2013

We're working to bring you a shared calendar with all of the organization meetings for the upcoming 2012-2013 academic year. This will facilitate organization planning, help avoid overlap between meetings, and allow students to easily keep track of when and where their organizations are meeting. If you're an organization chair and you'd like access to edit the calendar, email kchechot@health.usf.edu. Please remember that this is a work in progress any may not always reflect the most up-to-date information.

Calendars 2010-2011

A Google calendar has been created to make the course schedule accessible by a variety of platforms. This calendar may or may not reflect the most recent updates, so be sure to look at the academic calendars that are emailed out and posted on the OEA's web page.

Using this Calendar

To add this calendar as a separate calendar:
  1. Copy the iCal address above.
  2. Log into your Google calendar account.
  3. On the left side of the screen, there is a heading for "Other Calendars".
    • Under this heading, click "Add" and choose to add by URL.
  4. Paste the address into the box and click "add calendar".
**This method will not add the calendar to your own Google calendar as something editable, but will allow you to automatically receive updates as they are made**

Import this calendar's events to your own Google calendar:
  1. Download the iCal file from above.
  2. Log into your Google calendar account.
  3. On the left side of the screen, there is a heading for "Other Calendars."
    • Under this heading, click "Add" and choose import calendar.
  4. Click "Browse" and Select the downloaded iCal file.
  5. Choose the calendar you want to import the events to.
  6. Click import.
**This method will NOT automatically update when changes are made to the original calendar. You will need to import the most recent version of the iCal file each time there is an update, and this can result in duplicate entries.**

Subscribe to update Feeds via your favorite feed reader
  1. Click the XML link above
  2. Select your preferred feed reader and choose "Subscribe Now".
**This option will generate an email/feed entry to tell you about the most recent changes to the calendar. Read more about RSS Feeds on Wikipedia.**
