You will also learn how to access PCIS, navigate throughout the system, and view patient information and other pertinent system information. *RCO Staff - A/R Follow Up Revenue Cycle staff will learn to work patient and insurance outstanding balances through the Paperless Collection System (PCS) in PCIS. Friday, June 15th, 8:30 – 11:30am in FOB 1301 *Scheduler Session II Scheduling staff will learn advanced Scheduling features, including cancelling and rescheduling appointments, overbooking appointments, adding time to a provider schedule, etc. (This course is mandatory for all current and new Scheduling staff who need PCIS access. It should be taken one week after Scheduler Session I) Wednesday, May 23rd, 8:30am – 4:00pm in FOB 1303 Other Unit4/ CODA Procurement Entry The Procurement Entry training course will teach users to process and manage requisitions/purchase orders in the Unit4/Coda Procurement system. You will learn to access and navigate throughout the system, as well as view and modify requisitions/purchase orders. This course is mandatory for all new users requiring access to the Unit4/Coda Procurement system. Scheduled Upon Request. Peri-Op for ASC Peri-op is the software application used in the Ambulatory Surgery Center during surgery. This application is utilized in all phases of care including Pre-op, intra-op and post-op. IT Overview for USFPG New Hires All newly-hired employees of the USF Health Physicians group should take this class. You will gain a basic overview of the information technology (IT) infrastructure and the software we use. You will learn how to log in to the correct network, lock and log off your workstation, add printers, save documents, and use Microsoft Outlook. This course will also cover simple trouble-shooting techniques for common IT problems faced by employees.
