At times you may need a video conference to connect to numerous institutions or sites (more than three) for a web conference. If that is the case, then a video conference bridge may be required. USF Health IS offers support for a bridged conference call of up to 25 participants (ten of which can be offsite).

The charge of a bridge call varies depending on the conference specifics and number of endpoints. A video conferencing tech is also recommended for live layout changes and support and is $60/hour.
All customers with a USF Health Account are allowed to request this service.
Video Bridging services can be requested any time through Technology Services Request system. Any request entered after hours will be worked on the next business day.
Technology Service on site or phone assistance is available Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm by using the Live Chat Portal or by calling (813)974-6288 option 2.
