Firewall Administration


USF Health manages several firewalls to protect assets by restricting access to them. Requests for changes to this access must adhere to specific guidelines, please see Firewall Change Request Process.

Send an email describing request to or fill out the request form at the USF Health IS Self-Service Portal (

Contact the IS Services Service Desk by submitting a ticket via the USF Health IS Self-Service Portal, by phone at 813-974-6288 option #2, via email at (for security related issues), or get walk-in help at the walkup desk located on the 2nd floor of the Faculty Office Building (MDF).
