Enterprise Device Wipe
This service is the removal of all USF Enterprise applications and data from any USF or USFPG owned Mobile Device. USF Health applications (such as email, EMR, Citrix and VMview) are removed, and depending on the configuration data on the device (documents, pictures, etc..) are also removed upon return of the device to USF Health IS. We also remove all USF Enterprise applications if the device is lost or stolen. This option is available on the majority of mobile platforms.
How to request this Service
This service may be requested through our service desk through our customer portal at http://health.usf.edu/is/support/index.htm, or you can request it via https://livechat.health.usf.edu . After Hour requests will be worked on the next business day.
There is no charge at this time for departmental mobile devices being wiped of Enterprise information.
All Departmentally purchased Mobile Devices are eligible to have this service. It is installed by default at time of setup.
This service is available for request on company owned Mobile Devices during normal business hours, and any requests received after hours will be addressed on the next business day.
If a device needs to be wiped please contact the Health IS service desk through our customer portal at http://health.usf.edu/is/support/index.htm, where you can chat with a technician or enter a service request. Any after hour requests for service will be worked on the next business day.
