Classroom and Conference Room Technology Support

Description

Technology enabled classrooms and conference rooms use state-of-the-art computers, software, and other multimedia equipment to facilitate learning. Our facilities may be used to teach a class, hold a conference, prepare course materials, or to develop instructional technology resources for a course. These systems are mostly automated, or have easy to use startup and shutdown sequences programmed into a button or console. Help is available, should you need assistance in one of these classrooms or conference rooms.

How To Request This Service

Should a problem occur in the middle of a course or conference, most rooms have a red help button on the touch panel screen that will immediately contact IS personnel who monitor the system for requests. There is also an option to call the USF Health IS service desk at 813-974-6288 option #2 if the help button is not available in the technology enabled room you are using.
