Impress is USF Health IS's Password Reset System. Sign up for Impress to manage your password.

Once you have signed up for Impress you can reset your password in the event it is forgotten.

On Campus (logged into a computer on HSCNet)

1. On your keyboard press Ctrl-Alt-Delete simultaneously.
   This will Open the Windows Security box.
2. Click "Change Password" and you will be prompted to change your password.

Off Campus

1. Log into the USF Health webmail site:   http://webmail.health.usf.edu
2. When prompted type your USF Health (HSCNet) username and password.
3. Once you are logged into the site, click on the "Options" button on the top right side of the screen.
   
   
4. From the left side of the page select "Change Password".
   
   
5. Type your current password, new password and confirm it.
6. Click Save. You have now successfully changed your password.
