This utility is intended for HSC affiliates using Windows XP who wish to be able to receive remote assistance from HSC Information Services technicians. You must be an administrator on your PC in order to run this utility. If you do not have administrator rights on your PC, please ask the HSC IS support technician to place a call to have this feature enabled on your PC.

Please complete the following directions:

1) Download the utility (RA.exe) and save it in a place where you can find it (ex. on your desktop).

2) Find the smiley face icon where you saved the utility and double-click on it.

3) Follow the instructions given by the utility.

4) Inform the HSC Information Services technician of the status of the installation.

NOTES: You only ever have to run this utility once on your PC (you may then delete the smiley icon).
