Please be aware of whether you are connecting from INSIDE the USF Health firewall (ex. your office PC), or from OUTSIDE the USF Health firewall (ex. using wireless or connecting from home or using the Google Chrome Internet browser). You can find more HART Documentation on Confluence.

If you are already logged in to HSCNET, this link can automatically connect your HART session in Internet Explorer. Firefox browsers require a manual login to "Windows AD" Authentication or a special configuration for auto-logins.
*Requires Connectra encrypted connection if connecting from outside the firewall
This link is also required for access via the Google Chrome browser. You must log in manually with your HSCNET account and "Windows AD" Authentication.
If you use a shared Enterprise account to access HART, use the red option above (HOME/WIRELESS) and just change the Authentication to "Enterprise".
