RESET YOUR GEMS PASSWORD
Question: How do I reset my password? (I forgot it or it won't work)
Help Desk Email Method - Send your USFHealth email to helpdesk@admin.usf.edu requesting that your GEMS password be reset and please include your user ID (GEMS Number). If you don't know your GEMS number, please call the GME Office at (813) 974-9744.
PLEASE NOTE: all password related issues are required to be submitted in writing via email request.
