I. STATEMENT OF POLICY
The University

III. PROCEDURE
A. Specific goals and
strategies to achieve appropriate utilization and treatment of members of
minority groups, women, persons with disabilities and veterans are set forth in
the University's Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Plan, Educational Equity
Plan, and its Equity Accountability Plan. Both plans are subject to the
day-to-day management and enforcement of the Director of Equal Opportunity
Affairs through the Vice President for Budgets, Human Resources and Information
Technology.
B. Achievement of the
University's Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity goals is the professional
job responsibility of the President, each Vice President, dean, director,
manager and supervisor.
C. Any applicant, student,
or employee who believes he or she has not been treated in accordance with the
University's Equal Education and Opportunity Policy may file a complaint with
the Director of Equal Opportunity Affairs, Administration Building, Room 274.
