A designated phone line is available for you and your family members: (813) 871-1293. You may also reach the FAP via a toll-free nationwide number: (800) 343-4670.

Wood & Associates is staffed by doctoral-level EAP representatives who will provide the full range of FAP services that we require. Wood & Associates will provide up to three (3) visits per year per problem, at no charge to the participant, for each College of Medicine faculty member and/or dependent eligible for insurance benefits whether or not they are covered under your policy.

Wood & Associates is available twenty-four/seven/three hundred and sixty five. Initial telephone contact will be with a doctoral-level FAP representative. This is a confidential service and all conversations between you and Wood & Associates will remain private. Whether you are suffering from personal, marital, family, alcohol/ drug, childcare, elder care, legal or financial concerns, this program can benefit you. Any recommended assistance can be discussed between you and your Wood & Associates FAP representative. If referrals are made, your FAP representative will guide you in developing a plan that is cost effective. In many instances, services for you and/or your family may be considered as eligible expenses under your health plan.

The University of South Florida College of Medicine is committed to maintaining a healthy, safe and productive workforce. We strongly encourage you, as faculty and family members, to take advantage of this benefit.
