Exit Interviews

Faculty who are leaving USF Health are invited to provide feedback through an on-line Exit Survey coordinated by the Office of Faculty Affairs. Comments through the on-line survey may be made anonymously, if you like. Please contact Pam Nichols at 974-1352 to request a link to the Exit Survey.

Emeritus Status

Retiring faculty are able to apply for Emeritus Professor in accordance with the USF Policy on Emeritus Status.

Exiting Employment and Benefits

USF HR has information on their website regarding Exiting Employment and How to Retire. University Regulations and Guidelines provide for the manner in which accrued leave is paid to departing employees.

The Division of Retirement website for the State of Florida, lists Retirement Forms and guides/informational booklets on different retirement processes are available.
