If the deadline date or the application review date changes, is a readvertisement required?

Yes, and all sources of publication for the original advertisement effort must be used for the readvertisement.

Position is advertised as 1.0 FTE and the final hire requested at a reduced FTE; is this allowable?

No, as Equal Opportunity says that is not the SAME position as was advertised and other persons might have applied for the Part-time position.

Is there a deadline to make the USF web posting?

No, but, for positions with deadlines, (not recruited as open until filled) the web posting has to occur for at least 14 calendar days or 10 working days.

What is the difference between Minimum and Preferred Qualifications?

Minimum have to be answered as yes or no.  Preferred are variable (i.e. type of degree, experience, training).

What about transcripts?

University Policy requires the two transcripts. Per SACs, verifying various custodians of official records. USF HR and COM – for their own accreditation.

What is necessary when local media is requested for advertisement? 

The PVA must include the FAST Chartfield String to allow USF Human Resources to charge the correct account.
