You can access your paycheck stubs, change your W-4 information, request leave, and do your effort reporting (PERT) on GEMS Self Service.


USF Heals Logo

The system allows for computer-based training, so you can receive needed education from anywhere, anytime. A whole new way to get up to date with doing things ethically and legally.


Departments will use this data warehouse to view reports with information from multiple sources. More easily informed decisions are on on their way!

Outside Activity Reports are now submitted and approved online. All from any web browser with internet connectivity. Anywhere. Anytime. Good bye paper forms. Hello instant easy.


F.A.I.R.

The FAIR assembles information in order to provide largely completed templates which faculty members can use when undergoing annual review or during the tenure and promotion process.

An easier, more simplified way to create a USF Health/HSCNET Account. Also allows you to reset your password from anywhere in the world 24/7 without speaking with an IS representitive.


ProFound Logo

ProFound is an online provider directory allowing patients, referring physicians, and the USF Health community to search for healthcare providers and access information about our physicians and practices with greater details and ease. To update your profile click here.


Mentor Match Logo

MentorMatch pairs senior and junior faculty together to participate in a one-year mentorship aimed to help junior faculty by providing career guidance and support. Matches are created by pairing faculty with similar interests in research and teaching with an emphasis on intercollegiate matches.


USF Health is migrating from the Allscripts EMR to Epic (outpatient), and when completed these transitions represent a strengthening of the partnership between USF and TGH for patient care.
